VCSC Offering in Summer Meal Program

The Vincennes Community School Corporation has announced they will participate in the Summer Food Service Program in 2018.

As part of the program, free breakfast and lunch will be available for all children 18 years old and under and anyone over 18 enrolled in a state-approved education program for the disabled.

The free meals will be offered at six locations throughout Vincennes, with many opening for service on Tuesday, May 29th.

Meals will be available at:

  • KCARC 1972 Activity Center – 711 Old Wheatland Road – Breakfast – 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m., Lunch – 11:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.
  • Riley Elementary School – 1008 Upper 11th Street – Lunch – 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
  • Jamestown Apartments – 360 Felt King Road – Lunch 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
  • Washington Christian Center – 2134 Washington Avenue – Breakfast – 8:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m., Lunch – 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
  • Knox County Public Library – 502 N. 7th Street – Lunch – 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
  • Lincoln High School – 1545 Hart Street Road – Breakfast – 7:15 a.m. – 7:30 a.m., Lunch – 11:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
