Knox County Sheriff Mike Morris says the driver of the car Lionel Bogard is charged with dealing methamphetamine, possession of a firearm by a violent felon and resisting law enforcement. Morris says Bogard maybe facing additional charges after he allegedly threatened officers.

Two passengers in Bogard’s car, 26-year-old Courtney Eakins of Vincennes and 27-year-old Paul Jensen of Decker are also charged with dealing in meth.

Morris says the arrests are the result of an ongoing investigation conducted by his department, Washington Police, Indiana State Police, Drug Enforcement Administration and other police agencies.
